1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CollabMe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including brands, creators and visitors.
2. Description of Service
CollabMe is a platform that connects brands with UGC creators, photographers and influencers. We provide tools for campaign management, creator discovery, brief sending and collaboration tracking.
3. User Accounts
You must register for an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You may not share your account with others.
4. Brand Accounts
Brands may post campaigns, search for creators and send collaboration briefs. Brands are responsible for the accuracy of campaign information and for honoring agreed collaboration terms with creators.
5. Creator Accounts
Creators may create profiles, apply to campaigns and receive briefs from brands. Creators are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information, including follower counts and niche details.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use CollabMe to: post false or misleading information, harass or abuse other users, attempt to circumvent our platform by taking collaborations off-platform after initial contact, spam other users, or violate any applicable laws.
7. Payments and Points
CollabMe offers a points system for promotional features. Points may be earned through referrals and used for featured placement. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. CollabMe is not responsible for disputes between brands and creators regarding payment for work.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you post on CollabMe. By posting content, you grant CollabMe a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform. You may not post content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
9. Termination
CollabMe reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Limitation of Liability
CollabMe is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CollabMe after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
